Your brief
You work on the customer care team at Sanchika Jewels. Sanchika sells silver and gold-plated jewellery, and a small range of gold and lab-grown diamond pieces. It sells online and in 62 stores.
It is Tuesday 6 October, 10:00 am. Navratri starts on Sunday. Ten customer cases are waiting. Your manager, Farah, wants a reply to every customer today, and a hand-off note for the team that acts next.
Use the files and the assistant as much as you like. The assistant can read any file you attach.
