Your brief

You are a forward-deployed engineer (FDE) at Quillfold. Quillfold uses AI to read loan documents, such as pay stubs. It sends the income it finds to the lender's loan system (LOS).

This week you work on site at Wildrye Federal Credit Union in Lincoln, Nebraska. It is Tuesday, October 6, 10:00 am Central time. Phase 1 went live last Thursday.

Seven records failed to post to the LOS. Your engagement lead, Dana, wants a decision on each one today. She also wants a change list for Greg in Wildrye IT.

Use the files and the assistant as much as you like. The assistant is Quillfold's AI tool. It can read any file you attach.

You have 25 minutes. New messages may arrive while you work. Read each one.

You can only message Dana here. To pass something to another person or team, write it in that record's box in Failed records, or in Note to Greg. Dana sends it on.
